The question today is what about art markers? Art markers come in many many varieties. Most people are familiar with the Sharpie marker and I'll start talking about those initially. Markers are basically designed, the majority of markers are designed to work on a white surface and you know just whatever as far as some are water based, some are solvent based. The Sharpie marker here which is probably one of the most well known markers has a tendency to write on metal, glass, paper, wood. It is very versatile. The markers also come water based in kids' markers, people that are worried about health and safety issues, water based markers and also there are paint markers that are really good for decorative purposes. They all have different characteristics and they're all good for different things. Most of us use marker to, around the house to mark on tupperware or some household item, maybe kids' toys and stuff like that. They do have limitations so there are many different markers out there. One standard glaring thing with a regular marker is you can see how beautiful it writes on there, this red marker but you get it on a black board and you can't see anything because the marker is transparent and it is designed to work on a white surface. Most markers are designed that way. Again there are water based, solvent based, paint markers, they all have their uses. Interior decorators use markers, clothing designers use markers, fashion illustration, all of that they use markers, comic strip artists use a lot of water based markers, then you have the craft markers just for kids wanting to do fun projects. These are glitter markers here and then you have just standard paint markers which are really good for decorative purposes if you want to decorate a flower pot or a piece of glass or some ceramic and whatnot. Many types, many different markers, there is also calligraphy markers and handling wedding invitations or whatever, what are your many choices there.
