Hi, my name is Rebecca Guenther with www.m5a1photography.com and I'm going to talk to you about lighting for glamour photography. It's important in glamour photography to remember that the goal is to have a very soft look for the model to look youthful and to look really soft and beautiful and romantic in every single shot. To achieve this you're going to have to use very soft lighting. That means, you know, instead of using an umbrella, you're going to want to use something like a soft box or, you know, have a bunch of lights through, shooting through something so the light comes out really soft and really surrounds the model. When it comes to printing or the post processing, you know, you're also going to want to keep a really soft look. You want to make sure that the center of the eyes are always sharp or you lose that connection, but everything else can sort of be really dreamy looking and really romantic and really soft. Usually you end up putting also, you know, a halo around them. And that can also be created with the lighting as well, depending on, you know, what you want to do. And that's just a little bit about some lighting for glamour photography.
