"This is Dan Wolstenholme on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to dust and vacuum your home. In this segment we're going to go over dusting techniques. We're going to use various methods to show you effectively dust. First of all this is a feather duster. Now most people think that you know to really be an effective duster you got to move a lot. That's actually not the case. You basically just want to brush the dust away lightly. And then also with this feather brush, you never want to shake it inside the house because it's going to just redistribute all the dust again that you just picked up on it. So always take it outside, shake it out. Also with a microfiber towel like this, when you're dusting don't get really aggressive like this cause all that's going to do is stir up a whole bunch of dust. You want to just lightly swipe it so that you're cleaning up the dust. Hold it up in there and then you can either take it outside and shake it. Some people like to also put some spray on it to wet it down a little bit so it'll pick up a little bit more or clean it. And then you can go over it with some nice furniture polish like this and a nice clean soft cotton cloth. Shine it to where you get a nice even wax coat on it and it's going to look really nice, make the table look new again."
