"Hi, my name is Ed Reyes with Master Builders in Tampa, Florida. I am representing Expert Village and we are going to show you how to use a reciprocating saw properly. This unit has here where you have a variable speed to switch here for up and down for variable speed of slow and for heavy duty use. The trigger is set to be variable speed also where the button you depress, the slower it is and the more you press, the faster it goes. This unit is good for when you are cutting thicker older wood that is a long more dense, harder to cut. You would hit this switch to that. If you are cutting thinner or lighter wood, you would hit the switch back up. Once again, the variable speed of the trigger is good for when you are starting to cut the wood. You want to start at a slower pace and then increase the speed. "
