"In this clip about how to accompany yourself on piano, we're going to learn about the minor chord. So, let's start here on C. And, the only difference between this is a major chord. Which, we learned in our last clip. The only difference is the third of a chord here. This note is a half step down. Oh, that's so sad. Ok. So, what that means is the distance between this and this is a minor third. And, this distance between this and this is a major third. So, whereas before the distance was major third-minor third for a major chord. This is minor third-major chord. So, let's build a minor chord together on another note. Let's start on G. We've got to go up a minor third, one-two-three. Minor third interval and then a major third. One-two-three-four. And, we recognize that. And, a good way to practice is to do both hands. G minor. C minor. D minor. Continue like that. Get really familiar with your major and minor chords."
