"So, now I'm going to tell you that you should never, ever start dance or exercise without an effortless ten minutes of stretching. Especially Samba dance because you're going to use your legs a lot, it's a very high energy and powerful dance style. So, I really recommend you to stretch your legs. The stretch exercise that's my favorite for Samba is this one. Because you're going to be stretching your muscles. Exactly the muscles that you're going to be using a lot. And of course you can open your legs and do the traditional stretching that is the stretching of your back and also you're going to be stretching your legs. OKay? So do some stretching before you start. You can bend your knees and you can see how good it feels. And do this at least, like I said, ten minutes to make sure that you're going to be able to perform all the movements. Especially in your hip area, you should be stretching a lot. So do at least ten minutes of this stretching before you start to perform."
