Ok now, well, we can work a long time here to making you know, looking better but basically that small is the base. We have to put together all the fingers, make strong base here that later we're going to let it dry. To dry this clay we have to put it in the shade. We will try to dry faster, put it in the sun, it's going to crack and it's going to be ruined. The best is in the shade and it takes approximately three or four days, five days depends on the thickness. Later when this clay has been totally dry, we're going to paint it with spray paint that is like a clear coat that makes that clay very strong. Then you need to fire this clay. With that coat it will be good enough and this piece will last long. We don't recommend to put it in the oven or toaster oven or something like that to accelerate the drying because it's not going to try evenly. If you leave the clay in the shade, it's going to take all the water out by itself and it's going to be the best way to dry off. After that we can use spray paint to make the finishing we want. That's more or less the idea.
