"Okay. Now when you have the material, you can always use one long piece and fold it in half. Or you can use two that are already the same length. And either way, it kind of saves you having to sew one seam. If you like how it looks better, you can rip there so you have all four sides sewn the same. If you don't, you can go ahead and pick something. The size and shape of this is really relative as to how many bags you want to try to hold. So it is kind of up to you. So, I would just pick about the size that you want to do. Then you can go ahead and cut all the way around it. Or if you work like me, you can just rip it. And the same thing going the other way. I actually have two layers under here because I need a lining to it to hold it together. So then you will have two pieces like this. Oops. Like that."
