"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Pat Louis here in Miami, Florida. I'm going to teach you today how to put together an act. We haven't talked to much about exactly what comics should do cause there is such of a variety. Today stand up is common and it's what you see mostly on TV but the variety that you see on TV can be a little bit harsh at times and maybe a little tasteless. You have to be careful again of who you're talking to and the kind of humor. I find it if you take a good joke book that you can find at bookstores some of them have actual categories. You can go through there and actually take a joke and apply it to your self people like to know about you and the things that you encounter. There is plenty of stories you can talk about among your relatives, among the things that happened to you that you can bring up as well. But again taste is important so we're going through the book you can take a lot of those jokes and apply them to you and friends of yours."
