Hi, I'm Jason with Today we're making a rock polished charm, for a necklace. We've drilled both holes in each side of the rock and they've joined in the middle. I can still see there's a little bit in the middle that is not quite big enough for a very thick wire or string, or anything to put through. So, I'm going to just go through each side really quick and knock out that small center piece, and also I'm going to put a small bevel around the edge of this hole, while we're still doing the drilling. That will keep the wire or the rope, whatever we put through there, from fraying. It will give it a smooth edge. So with the drill again, I'm going to go in each side. For the bevel, what we're going to do is, take the drill bit just on each side, and just set it down on each side of the hole. On both, on two sides, on each, first hole and the second hole. We'll do that real quick. We'll rinse it off. And now you can see the beveled edge on each side of the hole. It's no longer sharp, it won't cut the wire or the rope. We'll work on the shape next.
