"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory here in NYC. Today we're going to bring you reggae dance hall moves. Now I know that took you back a little bit. This next old school move is something that is real simple again. The next one we're doing is called the pepper seed. I know I was doing this back in the day, it's the pepper seed. (dancing) Pretty much what you're doing the body is doing is just your mimicking what a pepper shaker would look like. You can keep going up down you can double it up your leading with the shoulder make sure you lead with the shoulder let the hands go."
