"Hi, this is Sarah McLellan in New York City we at June Parody's Dance Studio. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to teach you today some basic and beginning tap moves. Come on in! The change of steps is really something that go together with your shuffle, your hips to kind of form the good groove between steps. There are 3 of them there is the ball change, the heel change, and the ball to flat. So the ball change, heel change, and the ball flat important steps to kind of add as a glue between the other steps that we have learned in tap dancing. The ball change is obviously from the right to the left foot ball change. Then you are going to try heel change and I would show you on the side so you can see my heels. Heel change. You can also do this with your left to right foot ball change or heel change and then the ball to flat is standing on one foot with a ball then going to a flat foot. Ball flat and of course you can do that with the left foot to ball flat."
