"Hi, this is Sarah McLellan in New York City we at June Parody's Dance Studio. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to teach you today some basic and beginning tap moves. Come on in! The next series of steps that I'm going to teach you about are the hips. There are 6 of them there is forward, backwards, straight, ball, heel and toe. So I'm going to demonstrate them to you know and these are very important cause these as well make up most of the taps important steps. So we have the forward hit, backward hit. Now with the ball heel and toe what makes it a hit is you are bringing up off the floor again. So the ball hit, the heel hit and the toe hit using the top of your toe. Toe, heel, ball and then forward, backward and straight. "
