What we have here are some transitions what you want to do after you have learned all the steps that I just thought you are going to want to transition everything so it looks smooth you don't want to look choppy at all. So if you want to go to the 6 step for example or if you want to go from the up rocking you are going to boom you are going to up rock it. Boom be up rocket, go down to the floor, go right into your 6 step, see when you are going around the 6 step you are going to slow down, your right leg is in front of you, you switch over that right arm to the left feet and go right to the pose. Alright when you come down right here you could go right back around to the 6 step. Alright so make sure make the transition smooth, make it clean, and be original and it goes like this. Alright keep original, keep it moving.
