"Now we're going to talk about the Dig-Full-Heel-Toe-Heel. You're going to start by digging the bottom part of your heel tap into the floor, brushing the flat part of your toe tap, lifting up your heel and dropping it, stepping on the ball of your foot and then dropping the heel one more time. The Dig-Full-Heel-Toe-Heel consists of five sounds: dig, brush, heel, toe, heel. Dig, brush, heel, toe, heel. Dig, brush, heel, toe, heel. Dig, brush, heel, toe, heel. Now we'll do it a little bit faster. Now we'll do the dig-brush-heel-toe-heel traveling backwards. Now we'll do the dig-brush-heel-toe-heel traveling forward."
