"Now we're going to talk about the Dig Full Toe Heel. Dig Full Toe Heel starts with the bottom part of the heel tap, brush the flat part of the toe tap, step on the ball of your foot, and then drop your heel. Makes four sounds total. Dig, brush the flat part of the tap, step on the ball of the foot, drop the heel. One, Two, Three, Four. One, Two, Three, Four. Dig, full, toe, heal. Dig Full Toe Heels are commonly done much faster, you also do them traveling. I'll show you how to do the Dig Full a little bit faster. Now I'm going to show you how to do the Dig Full traveling backwards. Now I'll show you how to do the Dig Full traveling forward."
