"Now we're going to talk about the Toe Roll. Toe Roll is an advance move that you would learn after three to four years of doing tap. You want to insure that your ankles are strong enough to execute a Toe Roll without injuring yourself. You're going to strike the top part of your right tap on the floor, strike the top part of left tap on the floor. Step on the ball of your right foot, step on the ball of your left foot. So a total of four sounds make up a Toe Roll. Now I will show you how to execute a Toe Roll in slow motion. First you are going to step on the top of your toe, step on the top of your other toe, step on the ball of your foot, step on the ball of your other foot. Make sure to land without your heels touching the floor. Now I'll show you how to execute a Toe Roll. Now I'll show the side view of the To Roll."
