"Now we're going to talk about running flaps. Running flaps are a move that's commonly used to travel, changing formation, so you never want to just walk in your choreography. It gets a little boring. People like to see you making noise as you move. So the running flap is going to start with one foot, flap forward, brush the flat part of the tap, land on the ball of the foot, and as you hop to switch feet, instead of just simply landing, you're going to flap with the opposite foot and then get that in to the running motion. Now I'm going to show you how to execute a running flap. You're going to lift your right foot, flap, and pick up your opposite foot. Flap, pick up your opposite foot. You always want to stay on the ball of your feet while you're running. Make sure that the heel doesn't get into the sounds. So you can do the running flap in place. You can do the running flap traveling backwards or traveling forwards."
