"Now we're going to talk about a Crap Roll. Crap Roll starts by stepping on the ball of your right foot, stepping on the ball of your left foot. Dropping your right heel, and then dropping your left heel. The Crap Roll consists of four sounds total. First I'm going to show you how to do the Crap Roll in slow motion. Then we'll speed it up a little bit. You're going to start on the ball of your foot, the ball of your foot, drop your heel, and then drop your heel. Ball of the foot, ball of the foot, drop your heel, drop your heel. Now up to tempo a Crap Roll is more of a landing that's broken into four sounds. So you jump and land with four sounds. You can do a Crap Roll from right to left. You can do a Crap Roll traveling. You can do a Crap Roll front to back. It's a really versatile move. And you can use it for changing formations. So let me show you how to do the Crap Roll from right to left. Now we'll do it from left to right. Now we'll do the Crap Roll front to back. Now I'm going to travel the right while I do the Crap Roll."
