"Now we're going to talk about syncopated wings. Syncopated wings use two feet but each at a different time. You're going to do the same motion with each foot, just start one foot a little faster than the other. So what you will do is you'll start by brushing one foot out, striking the side part of the tap on the floor, pull it in, brush the other side of the tap out, pull it in, and land. So total you're going to make four sounds. Now I'm going to show you how to execute a syncopated wing, starting with the right foot."
