"Now I'm going to show you how to execute a Trench with a Toe Pick turn. So this is a combination of steps. The Trench, and the Toe Pick Turn. So, starting on your left foot, you're going to step forward, slide your right foot back, then you're going to switch feet, two, three, four. Then you're going to step on the left foot; step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step. On this Toe Pick turn we're going to get around in two toe pick hops. So you're going to do Trench, one, two, three, four, step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step, Trench, one, two, three, four, step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step. Now we'll try it a little bit faster; Trench, one, two, three, four, step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step. Now I'll show the side view of the Trench, and a Toe Pick turn, step, one, two, three, four, step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step, Trench, one, two, three, four, step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step. Now a little bit faster. One, two, three, four, step, pick, hop, step, pick, hop, step."
