"Now we're going to talk about the Double Irish. Double Irish is a combination of two steps, the Irish, and the Shuffle Ball Change. You're going to start by lifting your right foot, you're going to shuffle, you're going to hop with the opposing foot, step, pick your left foot up behind you, shuffle, and then ball change. So on the balls of your foot, you're going to rock back and forward. Then you're going to repeat with the opposite foot. So now, shuffle with the left foot, hop, and step. Then pick up the right foot, shuffle, rock back and front, and repeat. You can use this step for traveling, or you can do it in place. So you're going to shuffle, hop, step. Lift the opposite foot; shuffle, ball, change; shuffle, hop, step, shuffle, ball, change. Now we're going to try the Double Irish a little bit faster. Now I'm going to show you the side view of the Double Irish. Now I'll try the Double Irish a little bit faster."
