"Jazz square jazz step. We're going to start with our feet in parallel a slight second, not a wide second. Slight second, bring it in just a little. With the jazz square, it's very important that you're in your demi plie position. We're going to step with the right foot, staying in that demi plie. One, two. We're going to take the left foot and leg over three and four still in that demi plie, stepping back, five, six, coming back to parallel second, seven, and eight. Let's do that again. Right foot. One, stay in plie, cross over three and four, step back, five, six, parallel second, seven and eight. Same thing on the left. Stay in plie. One, two, cross over, four, left leg comes back, six, seven, once again. And a one, two, three, and four, step back. Now we're going to add a little bit something else. We're going to add the ball of the foot to that. We're going to step, one, two, three, and four, step back, five, six, on the ball, eight. Step with that left foot. Two, three, and four, and five, six, press seven, hold eight."
