"Hello! My name is Naimah, and on behalf of Expert Village, I will now demonstrate bicycle hips. You want to begin by bending the knees slightly brining the right hip up, back, down, and back to the middle. Bring it up forward, down, back to middle. So, you’re basically making figure eights with you’re hip, keeping the upper half of your torso as still as possible. Now, we’re going to take that over to the left. We’re going to do the same thing; bend the knees slightly, lift the left hip, bring that back, bring it down, bring it back to center, and forward, down, back to center, smoothing it out into a figure eight. You’re basically making it looks as if you’re riding a bike. That ends our segment on bicycle hips. You can use that in your next chorography. For more information on belly dance, you can visit my website. Naimahraks.com NAIMAHRAKS.com."
