You want to begin a large hip circle by first stepping right, pushing the right hip out, and bringing it around to the back, over to the left, and forward. You’re going to smooth that out stepping right, to the back, left, forward, right, back, left, forward. Now, we’re going to change direction going forward, left, back, right, forward, left, back, right. To do a small hip circle you’re just going to bring you’re body up right and just make it smaller. So you’re going right, forward, left, back, right, forward, left, back. That ends the segment on large and small hip circles.
