Hello! My name is Naimah, and, I will be demonstrating a chest lift and chest drop. You want to first lift the chest by sucking in the abdomen. So, you’re going to suck it in, lift the chest, then you’re going to bring the chest down to neutral, and then you’re going to drop the chest. By dropping the chest you’re going to basically bring the chest toward the spine. So, you’re going to lift, neutral, drop, back to neutral, lift, neutral, drop, neutral, lift, neutral, drop, neutral. You want to make the movements as sharp as you can make it. Trying not to move the waist. That ends the segment on chest lifts and chest drops.
