"Hi guys, we're here learning how to some some improv exercises. And now Dan Bean and I is going to teach you how to play an improv exercise called, "He Said, She Said". To play, "He Said, She Said", you?re going to get two improvisers that are going to improvise a scene. After each line is spoken, the alternate improviser is going to step forward into audience or the open space and narrate what the first character was doing while he spoke the line. After he's given the first improviser the narration as to the action. He's then going to say his own line, at which point the first actor is going to step forward and narrate the action of the second actor. I know it's confusing but I think you'll figure it out once we do an example. So Dan, let's assume that our location suggestion is, we are in a kitchen. But let's say that we're a married couple in the kitchen arguing. Say you're going come home late very night. She say while washing the dishes. Yeah, I am. I'm going to come home whenever I feel like it. He said scratching his back. Well that's just great. Because I am here all alone, washing dishes all night and I don't have anybody to wash them with. She said while slamming a plate in the sink. Fine, I'll stick around and I'll wash the dishes. But you know what? When Rob calls me to go out for beers. I'm going out for beers. He said while actually drinking a beer. And that's how you play, "He Said, She Said". He said while clasping his hands as such."
