"OK, you guys are doing good. We are going to learn the left hand verse and the left hand verse is comprised of three chords; the C chord, an F chord and a G chord. The C chord is made up of three notes; C, E, and G. F chord, that's F, A, and C. G chord, G, B, and D, very simple. I'm going to play the song with the right hand but just concentrate on the left hand pattern until you actually know how it goes. This is the verse. That's how it goes. That's the pattern, it repeats itself, very simple. Now I'm going to play through the entire verse, it repeats itself twice just so you can get the basic idea of how it goes. Back to C. So basically, like the right hand, it goes back to C in the original position where you started the song and from there you can go into the next part of the song, again, starting with the chord of C."
