And in the first measure, the first beat the Base drum plays on the one and. And in the second beat it plays on the and A. So that sounds like this. One and two and three and four and. Now for beats three and four the Base drum plays on just the end on the three and just the A of beat four. So altogether you have. Let's move on the second measure. The Base drum is on one and the two E. So you have. And on beats three the Base drum plays on the beat and then on the last of the sixteenth notes on the A. So you have altogether. So now if we take both measures and combine them you get this. One, two, three, four."
