Series Summary

Those titans of the the hip hop party song, the Sugar Hill Gang, once rapped “throw your hands high in the air, ya rockin to the rhythm, shake your derriere, ya rockin to the beat without a care.” But you do care. And you care a lot. You're not just another faceless bootyshakin' party goer, you've got some moves of your own, at least you would have some moves if someone would someone else would just show you some of their great moves that you can then claim as you own. Dance Dance Revolution may take you part of the way there, but here at Expert Village, we have our own dance machine, Flo, aka Jon Coker, and he's got the moves for you.

While taking breakdance lessons might seem to violate the very ethos of the “streets” movement which spawned the genre, no one will ever know you learned the basics of breakdancing in a free online video course. "Hello, ladies and gentlemen I'm Jon Coker better known as flo motion representing InMotion and Entertainment. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you the basics on breaking. Here we go first thing first, you know we have to warm up. With every dance style, there is a different kind of warm up and with breakdancing it's a lot of upper body and some extreme. What we're going to do is start with ten push ups and ten crunches. We'll keep it easy today. Next time we're going to it up to twenty. But I won't be the one to teach you that so ten push ups first and count with me down up 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, flip it over crunches just 10 of them. Put your feet up right here and bring it up 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10."
