on 7/2/2009 great exercise... tho once again... the technique that should be there from all of your experience is not apparent particularly with your turn out... and when you adjusted it lifting your toe of the ground showing that your weight was off and based on the heel...and your arm movement has no shape to it that frames or accentuates the rest of your body...

"So, now we're going to do an Adagio with the barre. Adagio means slow, so this is going to be something that you use with your slower music. So, you're going to start in fifth. You're going to do a Developpe front. Which, means to develop. To develop your leg out. Then, we're going to go to the back. Same thing. To the side. Then, we're going to do all the way around. And, an arabesque. Then, the same thing. Developpe back. Developpe front. Side. And, around again. Then, we're going to do come before with your leg in Tondu. Back lunge. Passe. Go to attitude. Take a balance. Plie. And, porte de bras. And, that's your Adagio."
