I've been dancing for about sixteen years now and I've been a member of two ballet companies; Dallas Metropolitan Ballet and Tuzer Ballet. I've also traveled all over the country doing different summer intensive workshops. I did Pacific Northwest Ballet for two years. I did American Ballet Theater, New York, Boston Ballet and Kirov Academy, and I was also the runner up for the Regional Dance America Southwest Merit Scholarship. Today we are going to do an intermediate ballet class. It's pretty much designed for anyone who has, kind of a knowledge of the basics and wants to take a class in the comfort of their own home. Today were going to do an intermediate ballet class. The purpose of this class is to let a dancer with knowledge of the basics take an intermediate class in the comfort of their own home. I'll show you a combination and than you can go do the combination with whatever music you choose and than just come back and watch the next step, and that's how we'll do it. So be sure to move all your furniture out of your way so you'll have a place to dance and be sure to drink plenty of water in case you get tired.
