"this is Paul Louis and I like to show you today how to draw cartoons in Microsoft paint. You want to clean that up a little bit, go up to eraser, just get rid of some of the lines there. Now you can make hands and I would use the brush tool right here, click on brush and just make your own hands. Just like that. Again we are holding the left mouse button down and we are just drawing free hand, that is the most free hand we'll do with this character. Let's go back to our line tool, click on that and right about here the same way that we released and held and released and held the left mouse button for the arms. We are going to do the same thing up here and we're going to make spiky hair. Just little V shapes upside down V's or whatever, spiky hair and close it right about there."
