"In this clip we will talk about the walking. The walking is the most important thing to learn at the very beginning, it's the basic of this dance. So first of all what we do is to bend our knees, knees together, to give motion to this body. And we want to stop with stretching, to stop the movement. So bend knee, then we will go with one extending leg, we will transfer our weight to that leg, and we will step together bending this again. The same step, forward leg, transfer of weight, together. And backwards the same, together, and backward the same, together. Also we have side walk; to the side, it's the same technique; it's bending knees, extend one, transfer the weight to the other, and knees together again. And forward twice, we will go and we can embellish that walk, forward, and backwards twice, just as an exercise of the walking, to the side, and to the side. So very important now to see the whole body. It's not to rebound in the bending extend. We try to keep our same level. So if I bend too much, I have to do a large step, so I don't go up with my body. So, it's bending, extend, bending, extend, bending, extend, bending extend, and to the side."
