" Hi! I am Erica Lane, I am with Expert Village and I am going to talk about how to train the female voice. Right now, I am talking about the difference between singing with your chest voice and singing with your head voice. Same thing if I want you to sing up here… now if I try to sing that in my chest voice… and I am going to be forced to use my really, really nasally sounding voice that comes from here and comes through my nose in order to achieve that note and it also sounds like I am straining… so at this point up here on the F scale its obvious that I should not be singing in my chest voice at that range. I should go ahead and switch to my head voice… So, it sounds more controlled. I am not straining too hard and it is just an overall better sound, pretty sound. "
