"Now, very similar to our side to side basic we can also do it forward and back. We're going to show you first, it's like this. We start forward with our left foot and it goes left, together, step, tap, to the back, together, step, one more time. Step, together, step, tap, I do to right, together, step, and tap. Remember, when I say tap that means we're not putting any weight on the foot we're just going to touch it and then we're about to take a step with that same foot. From the back we're going to break it down. Again, starting with our left foot. We're going to angle is slightly diagonally as we travel forward. So we're going to step with the left, together, step again, and tap. Go back with the right, together, step, tap. Again, two, three, tap, five six, seven, tap. And we can also add a hip to this motion as well. So it would look like this. Step, together, step, hip. Step, together, step, hip. One, two, three, (snap) and five, six, seven, tap. And that's our forward and back basic for Bachata."
