"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and now we're going to take a look at a double stomp buck time step. So we're going to still start with the same stomp at the very beginning on eight. So we have stomp, hop, a double means there are two. So two sounds. So what makes up two sounds? We have a shuffle, we've got a flap. So we're going to use a flap here, all right. So we've got stomp, hop, flap. So you want to make sure as you put that foot down, your flap definitely comes from your ankle. And you got to put it behind you, just like we did in a stomp single buck time step. Okay. Here we go. Five, six, seven, eight, hop, flap. Then we're going to continue on. Flap, set, stop. Again. Hop, flap, flap, set stop. Hop, flap, flap, set stop. Hop, flap, flap, set stop. So again, just to make the double a double, all you have to do add a flap. Let's do it one more time a little bit faster. Five, six, seven, eight, hop, flap. And that is your double stomp buck time step."
