"Hi I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to take a look at how to do drawbacks with a shuffle. So turning around you want to keep your knees bent way over the balls of your feet. We're going to do brush, heel, shuffle, heel, step. Brush, heel, shuffle, heel, step. So that's what our steps are. Now the whole technique of it, is this. You want to brush straight back, heel, shuffle is to the side, shuffle, heel, step. Where's my weight? On the balls of my feet, brush, heel, shuffle, heel, step. Good, try it again, five, six, seven, and. Weights forward, make sure your knees are bent, and your body stay low to the floor, alright, and your sounds are crisp and clear. You can also make sure that when you're doing this you really are dropping those heels, because sometimes our heels can get lost in the whole display of things as you're going. So make sure again that using your plie, drop those heels to the floor for a loud even sound across the board. One more time, five, six, seven and. There and that is your drawbacks with your shuffles."
