"Hi I'm Emily Larew, we're continuing now with our intermediate tap. What I'm going to give you now is a flap waltz across the floor. So all you're going to do is your steps are this. They are, flap, shuffle, ball change, flap, shuffle, ball change. So let's kind of get it a little bit more even tempo with us, here we go. Flap, shuffle, ball change, good. So now what we're going to do, that's the flap waltzing part, now we're going to cross the floor. So you're going to take it and we're going to go with our arms, flap, shuffle, ball change, you're going to turn it to the back, over your right shoulder, flap, shuffle, ball change. Go to the front, flap, shuffle, ball change, flap, shuffle, ball change. So you're waltzing around with your deer spin added to your dance. So one more time, you got to make sure that you're turning over with your right, if you're starting with your right foot. Otherwise, if you wanted to start with your left foot, you would turn to your left. So ready one more time, you have flap, shuffle, ball change, flap, shuffle, ball change. Make sure you keep your weight over that foot that you flap on, so that you can actually balance in order to get that shuffle ball change in. Good, and that was your flat waltz step."
