Hi, I'm Emily Larew. Continuing on with our advanced hip-hop combination. We are now going to do a pancake with a ball-change. So, we've just gotten off the floor and we unwound. So we have two pancakes that we're going to do. And we're chug forward on our foot and stomp on it. So you've got one, two. Good. Try it again. Six, seven, eight. We've got one, you're going to do your pan cake, two. So our pancakes we're not going to have little pan handles today, we're going to go ahead and have our hands in a snap position. Make sure you just get it. Alright? Using your pops, leaning your torso, bending your knees. So six, seven, eight, we've got one, two, what I want you to do is your left hand is going to go to your hip, your right arm kind of swings back around. You've got three, you're going to ball-change, right, left. And your head turns sharply to the left, arms are straight down by your sides. So try that again. So we had six, seven, eight. We've got one, two, lean three and four. Good. That was awesome. So that was your pancake with your ball-change for advanced hip-hop combination.
