Video Transcript

"The lion dance is often performed at special events like business openings, and often times after the lion dances a special puzzle is put out to solve and sometimes they use a head of lettuce. Inside the head of lettuce they sometimes place a lucky envelope filled with money. The lion then attempts to get close to the lettuce, eat it, and then often times it’ll kick it into the crowd. The lion cautiously approaches the food and jumps back 3 times. As it finally decides to eat, the head player will pick up the lettuce and begin to chew it. As it’s chewing, it spits pieces out and finally kicks the lettuce into the crowd for excitement."
