"In this clip, we will be talking about the man’s fox trot basic. The man’s fox trot basic consists of the same walking in side step as the waltz. Man’s fox trot basic once again starts with the left foot making sure to take a heel lead as you go forward and it is two walking steps and a side step to your left and this is what it looks like, walk, walk, side step and walk, walk, side step. In the other angle starting once again with the left foot and a heel lead, walk, walk, side step and walk, walk and side step. Start that one more time so you can see how it looks, we do walk, walk, side step and walk, walk, side step. The rhythm is just as I am showing it to you. It is slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow and quick, quick. Once again with rhythm, slow, slow, quick, quick and slow, slow, quick, quick and that is the man’s part 1of the fox trot basic."
