"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we are going to look at pop backs. So we're going to take it actually doubles this time. So we're going to start with our feet together. What's going to happen is that you're going to step back on your right foot. So let's just do our feet and then we'll add the pops to your back it up. So, we're going to step back, right, and we're going to turn our body to the right. Then you're going to sit, all right. So ready, here go. We're going to go up, down, up, down, five, six, seven. So we've got up, down, up, down, now we're going to take our left foot and move it back the other way, and we're going to go up, down, up, down, all right, with our knees. Make sure you really bend your knees so it doesn't look little. Because when you use your knees the pops are going to be even bigger. So, ready, here we go. And, five, six, seven, so we've got, one, two, three, four, left, six, seven, do it again, right, two, three, four, left, six, seven, eight. Good. Try it one more time. Then we'll add the pops. Seven eight. Go one, two, three, four, left six, push off that right foot, right two, three, four, left six, seven, eight. Also, now what you're going to do is as we're standing straight up, we're going to arch to start the first part of our pop, and then as you bend your knees you're going to contract. So you have arched, your straightening our legs, bending, we're contracting. So you have arch, in, out, in. Out, in, out, in. Good. Let's do it slow. So we're going to go out, in, out, in. Take it to the left, bring it in, arch and contract. Up and down, up and down, up an down, up and down. All right, good. Try again, here we go. Five, six, seven, so we go pop it back, three four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Good. Those are your pop backs."
