"Hi, I'm Emily Larew. We are now going to do arm waves that go, start from your fingertips going all the way through our body and out. So breaking it down. This is what you're going to do. Your feet are apart, knees slightly bent again. We've already kind of worked in a previous demonstration about the arms going with the fingers wrist, elbow, and shoulder. So what I want you to do is instead of going so high with it, keep it down low. What we're going to do is we're going to do our fingers, and roll through, so we're keeping it smaller. Our body is going to lean forward with it, so we're going fingers, wrist, elbow, shoulder, as we roll it back. So it's a little bit more advanced movement. But you can do it with plenty of practice. So we've got, roll and in, ready do it again. Fingers, they roll it in. From this motion your right hip is going to circle in, then you're going to complete that circle by rolling out with the left hip. All right, so let's just break the hips down again. So we're already turned to our right side. Your right hip goes in and forward to the left, it come back around, and hits left again. It comes out and stop there. So ready, we're going to go hip over, around, and lean, all right. Let's cut that in half right now. Ready, here we go. So we're going to roll. Roll in and out, see how my left arm carries back. Now what you're going to do is add the shoulder. So I'm already forward, we're going to pop our shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, out, and I lean back. All right, and explode out to the other side. Ready, try it again. So we're going to go forward with it, one, two, three, lean back as you complete it, four. All right, let's do that reverse wave a little bit more. Shoulder, elbows, rib, wrist, fingers. Again, lean forward, and back. Try it again. Lean forward and back. One more time. Forward and back. Good, let's repeat that. Five, six, seven, so we go, one, roll it two, three, and four. Now you're going to reverse it, so start with your fingers, roll the hip towards the right, come back around, and from there you're facing the right leaning forward, we're going to take our right shoulder, go shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, and lean back. Try it over here from the left again. We just came out and left our fingers out here. Then we're going to lean it forward again, one, our arm hides behind, two, hips go to the right, three, now lean back and it goes elbow, wrist, fingers, and lean back. All right, let's try a little slow continuation of going from right to left. Here we go, five, six, seven, so we go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, roll, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one more time, three, four, five, six, lean back, and go forward, three, four, five, six, lean back. Let me do a couple to the front so you can see. Ready, here we go. Five, six, seven, I go, one, two, three, four, I turn, lean back, go forward, three, four, five, and back. So it's going to look boom, boom, and roll it out. Five, six, seven, and eight. See it from the back. Do it with me. Five, six, seven, so we go, one, two, three, and four, five, six, seven, and eight. Those are your waves in and out through your body."
