"Hey everybody. I'm DJ Shy here with Expert Village to try and explain to you where to buy your equipment when you first start to DJ. Now when you start to DJ, you would want to look, do your research and look around first for equipment. It gets pretty pricey so do your research first before you start investing. I would go into Guitar Center, Sam Ash, or any other music store that has pro audio equipment. Now once you get to Guitar Center, look at the different brands of turntables, mixers, anything related to DJing. Compare the prices and just soak all that in. And then once you get an idea of the price range and the brands and the types of equipment there are, you might want to venture out and look online. Like Craigslist, EBay, you might want to settle for used equipment at first. So go online, Google it, do your research, find out what is right for you. What you want to do under your budget, and pretty much that's how you want to start as far as accessing equipment."
