Hi! Thanks for such informative videos. I just bought a Yamaha, acoustic guitar. Model F-370. Within a week, the 1st string began to buzz terribly towards the lower frets (where the box starts). So I took it to the service centre & I was told that the truss rod adjustment will fix it. When they got down to tightening the rod, they told me that the truss rod was not working! How can this be fixed? Since it is a brand new piece, I am unwilling to settle for quick fix, temporary fixes. Assuming Yamaha replaces this guitar with a new one. My fear is, how will I know if the new one’s truss rod is working fine? Regards, Prateek.
