Next up another classic move called the worm. I think everybody has heard of this one. So let me give you a brief demonstration. So what is going on with this move? Couple of things, think of a teeter totter. When one side is up, one side is down and vice versa. Here is how you practice the move. You have to be in a push up position and you have to learn how to kick with your legs. Bring them all the way back and extend them to about a 45 degree angle like so. When you get good with that, you are going to feel your hips coming off the floor. When your hips come off the floor you are ready to push off with your hands and when yuour upper body comes off the floor, your feet need to be touching the floor again. When you do this move, you want to land on your toes, like so.
