"Alright let's go over the C major scale. I am going to be using the metronome. We are going to go two octaves on this one and we can try it a couple times through different speeds. I will just show you real fast the fingers for the major scale starting at the low C that is all your keys down with the bottom C covered as well. You want to get a good grip because if there is any air leaking then you are not going to get that note out. C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C. Now you are at middle C, going up from there, C, D, E with your octave key remember, E, F, G, A, B, C, coming back down is the same, let's just run through there one time at 120. Here we go. Alright now if I was practicing in real life I would probably jack up the tempo a little bit and try to get it up to a higher speed. We will go up to 160 this time and really work this one out. Here we go. There's your C major scale on the metronome. We moved it up a little bit just to get your chops up and let's see how fast we can get that one, practicing that a few times."
