"Let's drill the Hip Slide. So make sure your feet are facing straight ahead, knees are a little bit soft, but keep them mostly straight, good. And we're going to slide, side to side, side, good. Keep the belly button pulled in. Abs engaged, chest is lifted, shoulders are down and reverse. Shoulders, chest and head remain in the same place, as your arms out away from the body. Good. Our weight shifting from side to side as you push out to one side, it almost feels like you have to push down. Right. Side, side to maintain a nice level of hip and not with the hip come up and down, right? Side to side. And one, two; one, two. Good. Takes a lot of ab control here to keep this nice and clean. Double time and one, two; one, two. So often as you speed the movement up, it's going to get a little bit smaller so we don't time to be doing all these cause it'll throw our body position off, so keep it nice and precise. Nice, clean movements, side to side, side to side, side, excellent, good. Keep it going. Practice in front of the mirror so that you can make sure that you're nice and line-up and you're keeping your isolation very clean."
