"Another nice isolation that you might want to use in your dancing is the head slide. This is off sliding the head from side to side. Now when you do this move you want to make sure you're not moving any other body part because then it's not a head slide, it's just kind of you're moving around, right? So, feet are facing straight ahead, knees are slightly bend, belly button's pulled in, chest is lifted, shoulders are back and down. Good. Now let's bring our hands up over our head keeping our shoulders down. Let's go into our Turkish Arm Position, keep the elbows back, thumbs together straight up, good. Now from here what we can try to do is slide our ear and touch our arm. Just slide straight across, slide, slide. Good. Make sure you're not tilting your head, this isn't a head slide. This is a head tilt, I guess. But, if you're sliding side to side, your chin stays level, that's important thing to notice so we're going side to side. This move is best on when you're framing yourself. If it's out here, it's a little more subtle; people aren't going to notice it as much. But bring it in here, give a nice frame and people are going to notice what you're doing. And it's a nice little accent to add to your dance."
